Review & Swatches: Lioele 3d Enamel Lip gloss in Tangerine Peach

Hi girls, the star of today's post is Liole enamel lip gloss in tangerine peach. What do you expect from a lip gloss ? I want my lip gloss to stay put for 3 to 4 hours at least on my lips , does it fulfils my expectations or not ? Read more to find out..

Packaging :

Yes , i am also a sucker for good packagings . And Liole 3d enamel lip gloss won my heart in the first sight. It has sleek and cute packaging. The tube itself is made of glass and has a black cap with 3d design on it. The shade name and other information is provided on the bottom side.

Applicator:

Unlike other lip glosses , its applicator is very sleek and really helps in precise application. It is really helpful in defining and filling your lips . I am really impressed by its applicator.

My thoughts :

So far i am really impressed by its appearance and applicator. It has a mild scent too but does not contain any kind of flavour. I love the fact that it makes my lips fuller and gives a 3d effect. The formula is non sticky. But i wish it could stay put on my lips a bit longer. I have to re apply it every hour , otherwise it vanishes so fast without eating or drinking. But if re applying does not bothers you , then you can go for it. The shade tangerine peach looks darker, almost orange in the tube but when applied , it transforms into a beautiful peach shade which compliments my skin tone really well.

Over all , it is a good lip gloss for everyday use . Here are the pros and cons :

NOTD : Stamping over Sweet Touch Nail Lacquer in Deep Turquoise

Hi girls ,I did this mani on valentine's day but had no time to write a blog post as i was extremely busy with my studies and final project work Finally i am done with it and now back to blogosphere .

I know it is an unusual mani , mostly girls wear pink or red nail colours on valentine's day . but colour blocking is a fever these days. That is why i decided to wear turquoise shade on my nails.
 . Sweet Touch cosmetics is a popular brand in Pakistan. I love this brand for their nail lacquers . These are affordable and have variety of colours in nail lacquers. I bought this particular shade a while ago . I love wearing bright colours in Spring . Do you too ?

I applied two coats here with a top coat here. It is a beautiful shimmer polish and contains beautiful teal and gold shimmer in it. It is available easily across Pakistan for Rs. 90 .

I stamped it using konad stamping plate and stamping kit sent by meliney.com

These are original konad plates and gives best results with stamping kit.

Hi girls , it rained yesterday and it became too cold over here , i hope that you all enjoyed the winter season , My skin becomes very dry in this winter season and Vaseline is my trusted brand when it comes to body lotions . let me share my winter care magic with you all

What it claims :
"Its triples moisture reserves instantly, then fills tiny gaps in skin to lock moisture in all day, promoting the proper environment dry skin needs to repair itself."

My thoughts :

The packaging is very simple , like other Vaseline body lotions .I have tried and tested many body lotions but nothing worked for my so oily skin which becomes too dry in winter. This is one body lotion which i apply all over after taking bath in winters or whenever i wash my hands. It gives me maximum moisturizing care in winter. I do not need to re apply it again and again. It is fragrance free , which is a plus point for those , who are allergic to certain kind of fragrances. The consistency is not too thick nor too runny . It gets absorbed by the skin quickly and leaves it smooth and soft for hours.

Over all , Vaseline never disappointed me , it is my trusted brand since childhood. I love their products and I would love to re purchase it in winters next year.

Review: Sigma Cleansing & Polishing Tool

Hi girls , sorry for being disappeared from my blog , i have been very busy with my studies for last one month . Inshallah , i will be relaxed within two weeks and then will be back to normal posts :) .
Today i am going to share my thought and views about Sigma Cleansing & Polishing Tool , which i got as i am affiliated with Sigma beauty network. I was really keen to try this , as i never used any thing like this before on myself, but there is always a first time , right girls ? Lets see what i have to tell you about this product.

My Thoughts :

It comes in a handy plastic box in pink and white , which looks absolutely girly . The casing is easy to carry around and store , as it is compact and light weight.

I just said WOW , when i touched the bristles of these brushes, the pink one is really soft . I love the idea how they added white rings to distinguish them from other brushes heads. The brush with one white ring is for body , and the brush with two rings is for feet and body parts like elbows, knees etc.

I have been using this soft brush head on my face for more than one week, and i am really delighted to see that it makes my skin softer , polished and smoother. I make the brush head wet before applying cleanser to it. It helps my cleanser to lather easily. I can really feel the difference. It also removed my black heads from my nose. I think it is a great product for lazy people like me , who cannot spend too much time daily for skin care. It hardly takes one minute to complete the whole process , and you are left with baby soft skin. Isnt it great ??

The other two brushes are pretty good to use on the body parts . It exfoliates dead skin and leaves a softer skin behind. Just apply a generous amount of moisturizer afterwards !!

Over all , it is a great product , at first i was a bit nervous to try this on my face , but the pink SOFT head is not at all harsh. You just have to watch out for the time , and do not exceed it by one minute. Moderation is the key !!

Also do not forget to remove the brush head after each usage and wash it directly under tap water .

Over all , it is a great product , if you want an efficient tool to make your cleansing and polishing process easy.

Strawberry sponge hair curlers.. !

Hi girls , i have received strawberry sponge hair curlers , i think these are damn cute . I just want to eat these babies , i swear.  These are six pieces of sponge curlers in strawberry shape . The size of these curlers are big and i guess 6 pieces will be enough to cover medium to long hairs . If you have thicker hairs , then you will need more than 6. You can actually sleep with these soft sponge curlers on your head. And in the morning , you will get beautiful curls .

NOTD : Bling Nails & Happy new year 2012 !!

Hi girls,
This is my last post for this year. This year started with an unusual date 1-1-11 and it was also a memorable day for me because i got engaged with the man of my dreams. I started blogging back in April 2011 , in the start , i did not have any idea what i am supposed to do. Today , i have got too much appreciation and support from my lovely readers. Thank you all for this.
I wanted to end this year with a bling nail art post. lets have a look what i am wearing on my nails , shall we ?

I wanted to bling up my nails for new year's eve , that is why i decorated my nails with rhinestones , a silver foil polish looks better with rhinestones.

i applied 3 coats of christine nail polish in 174. It is a silver foil nail shade.  I love christine nail lacquers because they are affordable and have a vast collection of nail colors . This particular shade is sheer , and needs to apply 3 coats to get opaque finish.

These rhinestones were sent to me by meliney.com , it is a small pot of rhinestones which consists of different designs and patterns of rhinestones and pearls in different sizes. Lets have a look at this pot filled with cuteness :

Hi to my all suger plums out there , i wanted to share my eye makeup look i did last evening , it is a green and gold look which is perfect to pair with any of your green outfit , isnt it ? Surprised ? because i did not use any concealer or foundation ? well , my skin becomes almost flawless in winters and my complexion gets better. So i want to keep it natural and glowing at the same time. A bb cream is a great alternative to foundation. It keeps your skin moisturized and gives sun protection too.

I am also loving Dolly eye dizon grey circle lenses. These have a perfect amount of ash grey in it , which does not look weird in flash and gives a soft look every time i wear them. Lets see how do they look in different kind of lightning :

I am wearing these for 15 days now , and i am not having any kind of trouble. These are my most favorite pair of circle lenses when i want to wear something natural yet classy. These lenses are 14.5 in diameter and they enlarges my eyes well. But i feel that these lenses are thin too , that is why i feel it is difficult to put inside my eyes. But now i am getting used to it and it is not a problem now. These are very comfortable that i even forget that i am wearing circle lenses after a few hours. The water content of these lenses are also high upto 42%. which makes them really comfortable while wearing.

NOTD : Luscious nail lacquer in glazed berry stamped with gold !!

Hi girls ,
I stamped my nails few days before using nail art stamping kit ( mentioned here ) . I applied two coats of Luscious cosmetics nail lacquer in glazed berry , and stamped it with a Medora Nail polish in golden shade 366. I also used this Medora nail polish HERE as a base color.  Here is the final result :

Glazed berry is a gorgeous maroon shade by luscious cosmetics , one of the leading cosmetics brand of Pakistan. I bought this nail lacquer last year from their website. It is one of my favorite nail lacquer during festive season. It became very thick , so i added a few drops of nail polish remover in it to revive it. Now it is back to the normal condition. I am so happy :)

I feel really ashamed of myself that i could not take many pictures of this nail art. My camera's battery was drained out that time ..!!

I am still in a learning phase when it comes to nail art stamping ,It is my latest addiction , you will get more nail art stamping posts in the coming days :) stay tuned !!

NOTD : Dotty Dots nail art !!

Hey girls , i hope that you all will be enjoying holidays at the moment. Today i am going to share an easy way to decorate your nails at home. I am aware of this fact that most of the girls here in Pakistan are unable to go to expensive nail salons and get a nail art for them. I have used a simple technique here , which you all can try at home . Lets take a look :

I am loving the effect i got in the end , it is very funky and cute . What do you say ?

Black is my favorite nail color in winter and this is the easiest way to jazz up a black nail polish.


DIY at home :
start applying a base coat on your nails and let it completely dry . Apply a base color. I applied two coats of Glamorous Faces Black nail color here. let it dry completely otherwise you will get it ruin. Pour one or two drops of desired nail color on a plastic sheet and pick it up using a tooth pick. Apply dots randomly all over your nails . You are free to choose any color and size of dots according to your choice.
I used 4 different nail colors for dots here :

1. Picture Polish Nail color in Tango
2. Aqua Nail color in Blue
3. Nailtiques nail color in Red 
4. Christine nail color in Silver

Finish off using a top coat. Here is the final result :

My thoughts :

First of all , packaging is very eye catching . It is sturdy , classy and sleek. They have included a small size mirror inside which makes it very travel friendly.

 It contains one highlighter shade and one contour shade divided into two. The idea of putting highlighter and contour shade in one product is really great. Now you do not have to carry two different products with you. They have silky smooth texture , which easily blends into skin. The shades are just perfect to suit any complexion. Previously, i was using a matte brown eyeshadow for contouring and a beige white shadow for highlighting. But it makes my life easier and hassle free. It really compliments my wheatish complexion .

Motives - Shape & Sculpt Duo

As you can see in the above picture , it does not contain any kind of glitter or shimmer in it . It is a matte shade with silky finish. You can easily control the depth , if you want it to give you a naturally contoured cheeks , apply it with a light hand . You can increase the intensity as much as you like.

There is no applicator or brush is provided , but i think my Sigma Flat top kabuki brush works great with it.
