I love color eye liners. When ever I do my make up in a hurry or do not want to dramatic eye make up look, these are pretty useful  and adds the splash of colors without much hassle.

My Thoughts :

I bought this eyeliner few months back from local market, when I was going crazy after color eyeliners. I swatched it on Christine counter and instantly fallen in love with its gorgeous turquoise color. It also has a tiny shimmers in it which looks very beautiful when dries up. The applicator brush is very thin and draws a neat line around eyes. The consistency of this product is a but thin that is why it needs to layer it twice or thrice to get opaque line. It has a mild fragrance too which is like rose water. It does not smudge or transfer once dried.

This eyeliner claims to be water proof and hypoallergenic. The water proof claim is not true but I don't care about it as I got a gorgeous eyeliner to add a pop of color in my eyes in a steal price of Rs. 200 . What could you ask more for Rs. 200 , seriously ?

I have been using it a lot lately as with a toddler around I cannot spend much time on my eye makeup as I previously used to do. So a colored liner is a brilliant way to make up your eyes beautiful without spending more time infront of mirror. Just a swipe of this colored liner on my eyelids, some kohl in my eyes, my favorite coral lippie and I am good to go on shopping , outing and any where else.

Review: Glamorous Face Matte Waterproof Eyeliner

I want my eyeliner to be blackest black, smudge proof, and stay put for long hours. It could not be better if it comes with a cheap price tag. Lets see if Glamorous Face Matte Waterproof eyeliner fulfills my needs or not.

The packaging is very simple and sleek. It comes in a black tube which is very travel friendly and fits in any of my makeup pouch or clutch easily. I am very glad to see that they have mentioned ingredients and expiry date too on the tube.Its also stated that its a HALAL product, in case you are curious about that. I wish if it was ophthalmologically tested too. So i could wear it more often or with my contacts lenses too. The brush wand is long enough for precise application.

My Experience:
The liner brush tip is very thin and flexible which effortlessly draws thin or thick lines around eyes. The color is a matte black just the way i like it. What bothers me is its synthetic smell which goes away within few minutes of application. It dries quickly so i do not need to close my eyes longer and wait. After it dries, It feels like i have pasted something on my eyes and my lashes or lids are stretching. The waterproof claim is partially true. The eyeliner is smudge proof but not waterproof. It does comes off easily if you rub it with water but does not smudge or give raccoon eyes. It comes off like some paint or thin plastic particles. I have been wearing it to some parties and casual day outs in summer heat and it bears it all. It makes it an everyday eyeliner but on special occasions or summer day outs. I would rather go for my other waterproof eyeliner. Here is the swatch :

My Recommendations:
Overall, i have mix feelings for this eyeliner. It partially does what it claims. If you are looking for something cheaper then you may like it. I would rate it 3/5

How to apply :

I like its packaging , Its very simple , yet cute , eye-catching and appealing . I love those products which are good on eyes too .

Formula :

Maybelline the falsies volum'express mascara has a wet formula , which dries very quickly . It is adviced to be  quicker when applying this formula and do not wait between two coats otherwise it will start clumping. It does not fade , smudge or gives racoon eye look. It does not feel heavy on lashes .

Wand :

Maybelline named it a spoon wand . I would call it a magical wand .which is flexible enough to move around and gives you an easy application. It is a flat wand which is slightly curved in between. it has very fine bristles , for an effective application and instantly gives volume to the lashes. Its spoon shaped wand helps to lift lashes easily . As a result , you get curled , more lashes with less effort and hassle.

It gives an instant volume and curl to my eye lashes . I am in love with this mascare . See below to believe it.

My Thoughts & Recommendation :

Yes ! go for it if you want great volume and sexy curl and lift and decent length for your lashes. Its waterproof  formula gives freedom to wear it without any smudges. It is easily removable with any good quality makeup remover. This is an affordable choice for all the mascara lovers out there.

Available for Rs. 7.99$ internationally. I am not sure if it is available in Pakistan too.
