Color Studio Color Rush Lipstick in Jet Setter : Swatches & Review

Hi girls,

Spring is here and soon we are going to welcome summers. I love the spring season. Everything seems so vivid and fresh during this season, whether you see it in blooming flowers or spring clothes. Colors are everywhere. I love wearing bold and vibrant colors this season. Orange is my go-to lip color during the spring season. I bought Color Studio Color Rush Lipstick in shade Jet Setter a while ago from daraz.pk, let's see whether it won my heart or no.

 

Packaging :

The packaging is very good. It comes in a black cardboard case with a list of ingredients and other product information written over it. The lipstick tube is black and feels sturdy and cap fits well. The shade name is written on the bottom on both and matches the color itself.

 

My Thoughts :

 

It is really hard to find a perfect orange lip color in locally available brands, that too which did not dig a hole in your pocket. Sometimes you get the desired color but do not get perfect coverage or formula. I was really excited to try this particular shade.  My heart skipped a beat when I first saw online swatches of Jet Setter by Color Studio. I thought this was the color I was looking for my entire life. Its just perfect. When I swatched it on my hand my heart filled with joy as it was the creamiest lipstick ever that I bought from local brands.

 

The formula is just perfect. Its creamy matte with just a bit of sheen in it. If you want it to be completely matte, then slightly blot it with tissue paper and voila shine will be gone. The color is a bold true orange color with is very trendy yet dare to wear kind of. When I want my lips to do all the talking then I just apply it on its own. When I want to add just a hint of color on my lips, I just dab it with some other lighter shades and get the most perfectly tinted lips. The lipstick is very long-lasting. With all the eating and drinking, it lasted on my lips for good 3 hours and then gradually left a beautiful stain on my lips which lasted forever.

Review & Swatches: Micronized Silky Blush in Rockies By Vasanti Cosmetics

Today i am going to review Rockies blush by Vasanti Cosmetics . Lets see what do i think of this product :

Packaging :

What i love most about this blusher that it is neatly packaged in a silver steel box , which is really compact and relatively smaller in size as compare to other blushers . Which makes it easy to carry around and throw in your travel bags.

The size of this blusher is not more than 2 inches . Its silver steel packaging makes it look more elegant and stylish.

It contains a small mirror inside it , brush is not included , I guess it is a plus point because most of the brushes which are included in blushers are useless and i just throw them away straighly. You need to carry a blusher brush of your own whenever you are travelling.

My thoughts :

As i told you earlier that i am a great fan of Vasanti cosmetics packaging. The color of this blusher is a true coral shade with a gold sheen added to it. It looks beautiful on my warm beige complexion when applied with light hand . The color is buildable according to your taste and needs. It blends flawlessly and gives no streaks look.

On their website it looks more peachy color than pink , but in real it is more a coral shade with pink hues.

Luscious Lipstick in Rebel : Review & Swatches.

 I really like its packaging , it is slightly shorter than the regular lipsticks in size and comes in a metallic silver tube , which looks very classy. On top it has a logo of Luscious lipstick and in the bottom you can see they have mentioned company name , shade name and amount of product.

I have luscious super moisturizing lipstick in Rebel.It is a pinkish orange color which looks beautiful to wear at day time. It is very moisturizing and gives a semi opaque coverage. This particular shade REBEL  Looks great in summer or with day time makeup. It looks great when pair both with pink and coral blushes.

What Luscious Cosmetics say about their super moisturizing lipsticks :

My experience :

This lipstick is really moisturizing and does not dry out your lips . It also nourishes your lipstick because of grape seed oil and vitamin E which is present in it . My lips looks fuller , moisturized . it is long lasting too I just have to re touch it after few hours and thats it. Some times i just dab my fingers on it and use it as a cream blusher . and dust over some powder blusher.  it makes a great cream blusher that gives a natural glow on your face. I would love to try more shades of this lipsticks. These are affordable too

Lakme Lip Chrome : Review and Swatch

Today I am going to review Lakme Lip chrome from Lakme Bridal Sutra Collection. It was gifted to me by one of my cousins living in India .Lakme is a very famous brand in India and they offer a wide range of good quality cosmetics and skin care products that are affordable and reliable.

 Lip Chrome is basically a combination of liquid lipstick and lip gloss, it also has metallic sheen in it. I really like its formula , packaging , color . I just love it .It comes in a rectangular glass tube with gold color cap. its applicator is also nice and makes application easy. 

I have it in shade number 401. I wear it occassionally , mostly going out at night parties or weddings . As its color is bit darker for me to use at day time . Its a beautiful Coral shade with a hint of copper in it . The color pay off of this lip chrome is amazing . see how pigmented it is :

If Lakme collection was available in Pakistan , I would definitely try more colors . Its long lasting too and does not make lips drier as mostly liquid lipsticks do.
