Beauty on a budget : Best buys under 500 Rs.

Hi dear, few years back I did a post on few products that could be bought under Rs. 100 and believe me I got many compliments and appreciation from my readers. I know this fact that we live in a country where most of the girls still cannot spend much on beauty and make up accessories. I also kept this fact in mind that online shopping is still out of reach for masses here in Pakistan.  Keeping all this in mind I have gathered few products again that are my favorites and some are included in my holy grail products yet these are affordable and available easily nationwide.

• Essence Kohl Pencil in Black - It is creamy , black , does not tug eyes while applying, the only problem is its staying power. It does not stay put for longer hours or if you have got oily lids.
